Step 1: Click Home on the toolbar.
Step 2: Click New Email in the top left corner of the screen.

Step 5: In the Email signature , click New .
Step 6: In the Type a name for this signature field, enter the name of the signature.

If you want to apply a signature to all new messages, select the signature name from the New messages drop-down menu .
If you want to use for replies or forwarding, select the signature of Replies / Forward in the drop down menu .
Also, if you do not want to apply a signature for a new message, reply message, or relay, select (none) for the appropriate menu.
